Gameru

First seen in strip 359.

Gameru is a 300 meter (ca. 980 feet) tall giant turtle with an alcohol problem and, according to Inspector Sonoda, the shame of the Gamera family.

After a premature release from rehab on probation, he rampages in Tokyo Bay. Inspector Sonoda tries to stop him and fails. When Largo sees this, he tries to make Ping fight him, which succeeds when Gameru is rude to her. She easily defeats him by grabbing him by the tie and throwing him away, into Dom's burnt face as he's trying to shoot her.
